KATE CAMPBELL IN CONCERT
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 12 AT 8:00PM
We're very pleased to announce that The Songmaker Series & Unity Of Charlottesville are bringing Kate Campbell back to town. The show will be at Unity Of Charlottesville. Kate's music perches comfortably between country and folk, and she’s been compared to the likes of Emmylou Harris, Mary Chapin Carpenter, and Nanci Griffith. However, it’s her literary reference points that have gotten the critics’ attention. Originally from the Mississippi Delta, her songs capture the heart of the Southland in a way that critics have likened to William Faulkner and Tennessee Williams. Her music has been featured on NPR’s Morning Edition, All Things Considered, and Live From Mountain Stage. Come enjoy this very special evening with Kate Campbell!
"I can't think of very many Nashville troubadours whose albums I look forward to more eagerly than Kate Campbell's. You need this woman's music in your life. Buy all of Kate Campbell's albums. Take them home and love them."—Music Row Magazine
