In our Summer and Autumn Meditation Retreats, we will continue to deepen our meditation practice within the resonant field that emerges in community. :Regular meditation practice increases resilience essential for these challenging times.
Each retreat will build on the energy of the previous retreats, as we explore various meditation practices, while listening to the wisdom and messages from our bodies that keep us in haimony with the seasons based on practical Five Element theory.
