Why You Need to Unblock Your Chakras

The chakra system, originating in India between 1,500 B. C. to 500 B.C.,  refers to the energy centers in the human body. Each chakra corresponds to specific organs as well as physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual states of being, and influences all areas of our life. When any of these energy centers are blocked, it leads to energy stagnation and can contribute to a variety of physical and spiritual ailments. Kundalini Yoga is very powerful to unblock our chakras, and thus provides healing and resolutions to our physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. You will achieve a great sense of joy and overall well-being through the practice. 

What is Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga has been a secret healing and awakening practice among selected yogis in ancient India, until 1969 when Yogi Bajan brought it to North America. Kundalini Yoga and meditation practices use breathwork, mantra, kriyas, meditation, and mudra to awaken your divine energy so that you can be filled with vibrant energy, joy, and boundless love.

What to Bring

Bring your own yoga mat, a blanket(s), loose cotton or linen clothing preferably white, a water bottle, and a head wrap recommended for better energy experiences. (All students will receive guidance in head wrapping.)
