In this experiential two-hour workshop, we’ll explore how to cultivate deeper, more authentic connection—with ourselves and with others—using the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Developed by psychologist and peacemaker Marshall Rosenberg, NVC is based on the principle of Ahimsa—the natural state of compassion when no violence is present in the heart.

Through brief teaching, reflective exercises, and guided practice with partners, you will learn how to navigate the interactions that leave you feeling frustrated, annoyed, or triggered in ways that bring understanding and connection rather than disconnection. You'll walk away with a simple, step-by-step process for working through challenging situations on your own.

This workshop is designed for anyone longing for more meaningful relationships, greater inner peace, and communication that aligns with spiritual values of compassion, truth, and love.

No prior experience with NVC is needed.

Registration $30

Discounted $10 and $15 registration available, as well as a $45 "generosity" rate if you would like to contribute to someone else's discounted rate.
