Come join us to unwind from the hectic activity of the past year and prepare for the new beginnings of 2025.
Rest and renew in the silence of a full day in-person meditation retreat.
As you co-create your own fresh energy at this retreat in the company of like-minded individuals, ease, resilience and joy will naturally flow into your days ahead, giving preparation for the year to come.
This retreat will support you in slowing down. The day will provide times of silence, guided, walking and other meditations, mindful eating, chanting, and ultimately, connecting deeply with your inner self. We will include proven ancient practices based on Eastern Medicine’s 5 Element Theories that will guide you in staying healthy through the season.
Regular daily meditation practice can have profound health benefits, easing chronic pain, decreasing stress and anxiety, improving mood and immunity as you align with your resilient, sacred core.
Spirituality is universal – all denominations and belief systems and women and men over 18 years of age are welcome.
