Instructor Bio:
Jai Vedya Kaur (Xing Griffith) is a long-time member of Unity and has been teaching here since 2022. This is the eighth event she has hosted for Unity. She is a certified Kundalini yoga teacher (275 hours, 2016 Boston). She achieved kundalini awakening through her practices nine years ago, which enabled her to become a vegetarian naturally, stay focused and energized without the help of coffee or tea, and experience many other energy miracles. She has been leading retreats and classes in the U.S. and China since 2016.
